We work for you

In an ideal world, healthcare opinions, advice and treatment would be unbiased. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Knowing there may be incentives in place can make it difficult to know if a healthcare provider is working with your best interests at heart. We get paid by you for services delivered to you. We don’t get paid by specialists or hospitals. This means we always look out for your interests. To avoid any bias, we do not list or rank any specialists or providers.

We work to ensure you get the best help

When finding a specialist for you to consult with, we ensure that your preferences are met. Be it experience level of the specialist, location or even language preferences. For some of our patients we have also setup appointments with specific specialists, which they were unable to do some themselves.

We ensure high quality interaction with the specialist

Most specialists are able to provide great advice, if all the required information – viz. test results, past history, medication details, etc. are available for them to review during the consult. Hence our work starts as soon as you contact us. We collect all relevant information from you about your medical history and organize them into an electronic file. Secure access to the file is provided to the specialist before the consult. We encourage the specialist to review the file before the consult. Thanks to this, the specialist is well educated on your case before the consult and can quickly bring their expertise to recommending treatments and addressing your concerns.
