After creation of an account with Me2MD and providing Me2MD with your Personal Information, you may be allowed to delete, amend, alter, change some of your Personal Information subject to the conditions mentioned herein. However, there may be instances where Me2MD will be duty bound to retain the information originally volunteered by you including but not limited to where details provided by you are part of civil or criminal proceedings or for legal purpose.

Such Personal Information can also contain details which may enable Me2MD and/or the medical practitioner/s to personally identify you. When such information is provided by you, it is understood by you that the same is with your consent, free will and volition. Such information includes but is not limited to the following:
a) Name, Contact Details, Age, gender
b) Name and contact details of your doctor or caregiver and the case papers provided by him/her/them detailing your medical condition and/or medical history
c) Access to apps and fitness devices which store your medical details
d) Details of your medical conditions, medical history, family medical history, physical condition, mental condition, symptoms, problems
e) Me2MD login id and password, if any
f) payment details limited to enable you to make payment for services received by you through Me2MD
g) record of the medical records and interaction with the medical practitioners associated with Me2MD
h) record of interactions with the representatives of Me2MD
i) Location such as IP address and GPS location
j) Data regarding usage, number of times the Me2MD site was visited, history of appointments made, nature of services required by you, user tracking information, browser type and language, and other log data generated with each visit

It is reiterated that you may be permitted to amend and/or alter and/or modify and/or update any and all information which you have provided to Me2MD subject to the conditions mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

a) It is shared with medical practitioners associated with Me2MD to enable him/her/them to provide you with services through us

c) for communication purposes including but not limited to making appointments between you and the medical practitioners, retrieving forgotten passwords etc.
d) providing information to insurance companies to help facilitate your insurance claims as the insurance companies may require proof of services rendered to you
e) recordings of your telephonic, video, chat, email communications and consultations during any interactions with the representatives of Me2MD and/or with medical practioner/s are retained. This information is stored and can be used for quality, training and/or legal purposes.
f) For sale and transfer of research, analytical or any other data to research companies for data mining. Such data will be shared in an aggregated and anonymous manner to these third parties and affiliates for research, development, studies, betterment of services and understanding you and your needs. This also enables Me2MD to provide a more personalized experience to you.
g) for obtaining feedback from you, for analyzing your usage patterns and for improving the quality and design of Me2MD and for debugging purposes and providing you with customer support for any issues which may arise.
h) Customizing your needs and sending individualized communications
i) To send messages including but not limited to emailers, bulk emailers, SMS, etc. informing you about the services which are provided by Me2MD as well as other promotional material and may be sent to you using other third-party service providers
If your information is to be used for any purpose other than what is set out in the Privacy Policy, you will be contacted and your express consent will be obtained by Me2MD.
Me2MD may require you to pay for the paid services availed by you through debit card, credit card, and other third party applications which are authorized to deal with financial transactions and transfer of money such as paypal etc. For this purpose your debit/credit card number, bank account number and/or other information for billing and payment purpose will be required to be disclosed and information may be shared with third parties as and when necessary to complete the billing process. Me2MD does not control, manage, organize or endorse the contents of the information in any services and Me2MD is not liable for any actions which might result from your participation in the same. You acknowledge that your participation in any service is as per your choice and voluntary and you agree to waive any claims against Me2MD relating to any such service. By voluntarily availing of any service you are agreeing to release any claims against Me2MD for the same.
